What data we process and why
Requests by email or phone
The website has no contact forms. If you write to lorenzobeloli@tiscali.it or call us, we process the data you give us (for example your name, email, phone number and the content of your request) only to reply to you and, if requested, to send you catalogues or quotes. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Browsing data
The server hosting the website automatically records some technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) to keep the website working and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not used to identify you.
Cookies and external services
We use a single technical cookie to remember your cookie choice. Google Maps are loaded only with your consent. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
How long we keep data
- Messages and requests: for as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months, unless a business relationship follows (in which case for the periods required by law, e.g. 10 years for accounting records).
- Browsing data: according to the hosting provider’s technical retention periods, usually a few days or weeks.
Who may receive the data
Data is processed by the controller and its authorised staff. The website hosting provider and the email provider may process it as data processors. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes. If you accept Google services, data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to lorenzobeloli@tiscali.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
